We are in our 15th year of dance excellence with excitement and enthusiasm. As of now, we have approximately 350 plus students who are proud to call themselves the Starz. This studio was opened to offer students, professional dance training for the recreational and competitive students who attend. Trained by certified instructors, Starz In Motion believes in making dance fun yet affordable to parents who support the dancers. We offer Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Acrobatics, Tot (2-3 year olds) Lyrical, Highland, and Musical Theatre classes. We also have adult classes available.

Social Interaction / Community Involvement
Starz In Motion promotes participation in nonprofit events such as annual parades, public festivals, shows, and recitals. We encourage and participate in activities that benefit hospitals, retirement residences and the local community as a whole.
Exams
Starz In Motion offers A.D.A.P.T. exams. The examination process helps the student to grow and develop as a dancer from a recreational level to a competitive level. Examinations are given by world-renowned dance mast Mr. Brian Foley and his team of examiners. This allows the parents and students to monitor their progress in relation to other methods of instruction. Starz In Motion also offers R.A.D. Ballet exams. The examiners come to grade the students in the spring.
Competition
At Starz In Motion we offer the chance to compete at various events such as CanDance, American Dance Awards and this year Luv2dance. This gives the dancers the opportunity to showcase their talent in a fun and spirited atmosphere.
Workshops
Starz In Motion offers dance workshops throughout the year to improve coordination, dexterity, style and overall performance. Our workshops offer innovative ways to master proven dance techniques.
A.D.A.P.T.
At Starz In Motion we have certified A.D.A.P.T. teachers on board. Associated dance arts for professional teachers is a Canadian syllabus organization supported by an elite group of dance teachers across North America. Most dance professionals would agree that the A.D.A.P.T​. syllabus technique is among the best in the world. www.adaptsyllabus.com
Birthday Parties
We are very pleased to once again be offering to host birthday dance parties at the studio. Give us a call or email to discuss how we can make your party dance-errific!! Basic arrangements are as follows: 45 minutes of dance instruction. you may decorate as you'd like, but we'll do the cleanup; you have to supply the food/cake. Theme parties are available, or specific songs, or artists for the dance portion. Cost for the basic party is $125.00 If your interested please give us a shout and we'll walk you through it. Sorry, no teenage or adult parties at this time.
